Having this tool made a world thf difference. Let me give you a scenario for ah and thit's the only one i know. This is a smaller company, but i still think i great story. We had a gentleman who owned a chain of collision centers in los vegas. He received an unsolicited offer to buy his collision centers for 35 million dollars. So he decided to open another collision center. But we knew we had a change of byer persona. And then once the world gets back to normal, we may have to shift our byer presona again.
