Hazelnut Allergen Testing in Dark Chocolate

A lot of work in hazelnut allergen testing has been done on dark chocolate. The problem is that there's the potential for false positives and false negatives with the ELISA test. We decided to send a lot of hops from Washington State that was very, very far away from hazelnut production. That tested about the same as the lot in question.
