I'm 33 and in good health. I did crossfit for about five years and gravitated to competitive weightlifting for four years. The last three have been a combination of barbell strength and hypertrophy. Cardio has been nearly nonexistent and I'm feeling it. Changing gears with my fitness will help me stay both motivated and remain cautious.
