Ampathy marketing is a discipline of overcoming our biases and preferences, what we think customers want. And so we got to get out of our heads and hearts and into the heads and hearts of our customer. There's not enough sharing of customer insight, of knowing what customers care about. So we need actually transfer what we learn inside our organizations to use that to scale up our results.
