Design Leaders Don't Have the Trust to Manage Up and Manage Down

A lot of design leaders don't know how important it is to manage up and manage those relationships well in order to then manage down. It's gun to ruffle feathers rit. Change upsets people. So you need to have prepared yourself and others for that disruption by seated the ground appropriately.
