Simple and Sinister: A Different Kind of Physical Training

I almost did the topic today on this idea actually about physical training. There's a program with his name Simple and Sinister by Pavel Sützelene. I think you could even use it for training things like English. That'll be another show probably this week. Our challenge is I'll have to do a show about that because our weight loss challenge is almost over two more days.
