How to Help a Migrant From Bihar
A group of migrants from Bihar who have settled here for longer than 10 years. For some purposes they're still very much seen as outsiders so there's both Hindi speakers a community of Hindi speakers in the community of Kanda speakers. The distributor refused to give the Hindi community ration because he said if they want ration they should just go back to where they're from and ask for ration there.
