How to Hire a Designer
I started by just giving very simple basic tasks simple layouts for brochures layout for a web page that I've already designed like the language for. Slowly slowly through the second year I hired two or three more designers and I kept giving them more and more responsibilities they kept taking them up. By the time we reached the second year of our practice my team was already ideating on branding projects with me creating then contributing to identity systems not just doing Like layout jobs right? Most of the designers in India come from very humble roots so they're open for experimentation, learning and absorbing anything that they don't know.
