The Importance of Suspending Under a Wrongful Death Statute
This lawsuit is brought by this Texas man who happens to be represented by, wait for it, some genius, Jonathan Mitchell. He's also invited the DA apparently in Galveston County, Texas to consider filing criminal charges against these women as accomplices under the state's homicide statute. Because only a person can be the subject of a wrongful death suit. So this is a backdoor way into fetal personhood. I think SB8 is already overtaken in Jonathan Mitchell's mind, and so we're on to the next frontier.
