He's also invited the DA apparently in Galveston County, Texas to consider filing criminal charges against these women as accomplices under the state's homicide statute. Because only a person can be the subject of a wrongful death suit. So this is a backdoor way into fetal personhood. I think SB8 is already overtaken in Jonathan Mitchell's mind, and so we're on to the next frontier.
