The Importance of Retrospective Meetings in Agile
A retrospective meeting is a way for teams to deal with the issues that they are facing. It can be any point in time where you step back from the situation and say, okay, what's happening here? What can we learn from this? And how can we better deal with the situation of the occupation right now? More mature teams still do the retrospectives, but they do also a lot of improvement and reflection sessions. They do it in a much more different way than lean or JIOTA.
