I would sit in the sauna for about two to three weeks as well. And at the beginning, I could only last like 15 minutes maybe at the very hottest. But you come out of it and your run still feel very cool. There's such a fascinating transition happening in your body. It's a missed opportunity for a lot of people just to put on a few extra layers when you go out through a run.
