I encourage people, you know, we get into the cellular crunch and we stay on our phones for a long time in this bent down position. Energy is directly proportional to your level of movement. You want to move your life? Move yourself. Probably the most important tactic I used in writing my books was running. Think about Sam, how many people get great ideas in the shower and why? Because they're moving. They're moving their arms and legs and we get these great ideas. That's how powerful a shift in movement can be. And suddenly you'll feel at least a one point rise on that 10 point scale.
