The timeline of an M&A deal is typically very similar. You have some sort of agreement where you can call it a pre-LOI IOI or high level agreement space. Then the devil's in the details, how exactly will this work? Take the target example: Which stores are we going to be in? Are the employees going to interact with the guest? How is the loyalty program going to be structured? It's really a lot of different components that you are really vetting.
