The Importance of Mutual Understanding in Data Management
In theory, it's ideal if the statistician is being involved as the trusted partner from the very beginning throughout everything. But we often get challenged, especially in the CRO side in terms of the time that the statistician actually has. None of them are happy if deliver bed quality or today. So there must be a good reason, like a pain for them as well. The other point is also you can of course have lots of details in your documentation but you can never foresee everything. And then the people need to have the trust with you to bring these up.
