End of Life Anxiety

If these medicines are safe and effective at reducing suffering for people at the end of life, we have an obligation to try to get them to patients as soon as we can. And i think the risk profiles is acceptable in this population. Ah, certainly for people who are terminally ill. The sooner that we actually acknowledge that and relinquish control over the experience of trying to know with any degree of certainty what's going to come next, the sooner that weactually free up precious cognitive resources to just be here now. It would be wonderful to have a future conversation on psychodelic medicine. For sure, it wis, certainly, for my perspective.
