The w and b a had vaccine educate sessions. Players could just ask any question that they wanted, not feel obligated or forced to get vaccinated. We found that players, once they felt really knowledgeable about getting vaccinated, that's when they wanted to. So were able to achieve a 99 % vaccination rate without even having a mandate. People feel more comfortable when they hear from their peers and people that they talk to and care about.
