Roxanne Jones: I think with reverse dieting, if you're going to make the argument that we simply don't know much about how weight loss works or how weight regain works, it's one of the more studied topics in the realm of public health. There is evidence to be dug through. And like I said, it all roads are pointing to a pretty, pretty dissatisfying outcome for reverse dieting. So far, 100% of those when they describe their experience, I can just point them to illusions one through four. One of them will apply to their situation. That's kind of the end of it.
