LZ Granderson: My favorite part of this is that whole thing about the habituation and the chunking. So my example would be that if I slow down me going to the gym or if I think, well, I'll do it after breakfast... LZ: Anything I put in front of it is going to lower the chances of me doing it. If you really want to change that one habit, really change your cues. And so you don't go that way home. You change it. It gives us control because lots of times it feels like the habits control us. We need some idea of what can I do to make this work for my benefit.
