Parent Shouldn't Have a Say in Their School's Curriculum
In virginia, parents felt like they were getting shut out of the kids curriculum in a way that was detrimental to their kids. But here we are in florida, trying to shut parents out again, not with the facts of the bill, but with a hype, trumped up demonization of the bill. The people opposing this understand are doubling down on the lesson they were supposed to learn in virginia. It just means we're not going to devote te curriculum at a time when kids should be learning to add numbers. We're not gonna devote the curriculum to subtracting genitalia if such a thing were to ensue.
