Long run effects of contact in firms, which we don't have evidence on. Maybe things improve overtime. And also, maybe we don't need to segregate workers. Maybe we just need the right technology as we grow. That's exactly what my job market paper tries to answer. So i look at both the short and long run effects of intergraup contact in firms. These effects depend on the production technology.
