Darrel Bank Is Served Justice
Darrel bank was sentenced to 35 years in prison for his role in a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme. The victims' impact statements were read by Judge raymond jackson before the sentence was handed down on Tuesday. One victim wrote: "We tried to preserve as many assets as we possibly could, but there is no possible way that that we would ever be able to make them whole" He added: 'The losses are truly incalculable in some ways.'
