The Pros and Cons of Buying Deals in Dallas
When we first started in 2018, we identified three markets we wanted to get into. It was Phoenix, Dallas, and Tampa. The only issues with Dallas that we have, you might be aware of as property taxes and insurance. We think our basic goal right now is to expand in Dallas as much as possible over the next 12 to 24 months.
