There were 137 mass shootings in the US between 1982 and 2022. That's just 3.4 mass shootings a year, according to Statistica Research Department. The largest ethnic group in the United States is people of European ancestry. It wouldn't be at all unreasonable to conjecture that this is the ethnic group the snipers belong to.
