The Right Causal Theory of Violence
Can we look at what interventions should or do reduce violence as a way to determine what the right causal theory is? Our approach would argue that, yeah, if you really want to change violence and reduce violence, then you have to really focus on the social norms surrounding it. On the flip side, our theory sort of predicts things like body cameras aren't going to necessarily be straightforward for changing moral behavior.
