The Squatters Movement and the Ecological Land Cooperative

i've been quite engaged with the squatting communities and movement over the years. i think that really is a challenge a lot of us commoners feel of how we can get those structures to live within this ubiquitous capitalist system but have a different sensibility and ethic right absolutely. it seems that that one of the lessons of the squatters movement is that at some point some rapho shmall with these city authorities or the law or money needs to take place to make it a durable proposition. There's also the the ecological land cooperative which i used to chair which now has six sites across the UK where families essentially are able to to live on the land and live the sort of ball holding dream
