The Supervision Experience
I think it would result in better emotional preparedness, certainly. The biggest part of my supervision experience was trying to manage so much emotional things happening. And then i'm sitting there having to hold and manage all of my co supervises experiences with everything else. It was overwhelming. If i had had a framework of like, o, this is one of those things, that they're talking about,. I am not having some mass ive reaction just to the personalities in this room or just to being forced to share when i don't want to share. That experience would have been so helpful.
