Running Shoes - Should I Wear Stability Shoes?
People's feet can do some really flunky things. One foot can be in pronation, versus one foot can be more supenated. I have some stability shoes that i use for my longer runs specifically to help me when i get more tired a if i'm running for ten, 15, whatever, miles,. Your form's going to break down. It doesn't matter who you are, it's going to get more fatigue. And i'll sometimes use it, depeding on the length that i'm going in my long run as well, to, again, progressively load.
