The Circulatory Disfunction of Serosis and Portal Hypertension

When a patient has significant serosis and portal hypertension, they usually have marked dilitation polling of blood in their spantnec circulation. So as a result of that blood pulling in the gut, they have a relative hypovolemia peripherally. This is why ultimately, the velpopato renal sindrum occurs when the kidneys become so clamped down from this process that they start to strangle themselves of their own blood supply. Those are the big two parincmal problems of serosis. But the major problem o serocis the one we deal with more than anything, is portal hyper tension,. And all blood will go to the liver before going to the rest of the system
