Are You Sleep Deprived?
If somebody's been sleep deprived for years and then they really put on a focus of getting at least eight hours a day will they start to see some improvements yeah you sure will. much of that is restorable in the sleep deprived your emotional well-being and your energy and you know just your memory overall. People who are over the age of 50 and get less than five hours a night are at higher risk of having not just one chronic disease but at least two so we're talking about things like Alzheimer's, heart disease cancer diabetes all of those conditions that you have zero interest in having.
