John Avlon: The originalist justification for that whole idea has really, really fallen apart. He says the court is talking about arrogating itself a lot of power here. Avlon: If congress doesn't like what this agency is doing, we're going to stop the agency from doing it. We have 50 different ways to do it, through appropriations, through new legislation and so on.
