The minute you begin scheduling too much into your daily routine is when you're going to do nothing. The schedule three main tasks every single day, less is more. Break the all or nothing mindset and begin doing one thing at a time. You have to find a desire in your task, romanticize it. Look at that to do list as wow, my pages of homework means I'm almost to graduating. Vacuming my house means I'll have a clean spotless house.
