Is There a Food Waste?
The charities that we support have a wish list, a bit like a home profile for your shopping list. The normal things you serve for charity wants high fruit and beg. We look at that before doing an allocation of food to them. What we don't know is what's coming through the door. So it's very much a whist list of, this is what we really like, and we do our best to provide that food.
