Zone Two Training: What It Is and What It's Good For

A lot of people just wanted us to better define what zone two training is and what it's actually good for. Your max heart rate running is going to be different than your max heart rate on a bike. The more muscle mass that's required, likely the higher your heart rate in each of those movements. If you go do a max heart rate test on a concept to bike, you're going to crap out because your legs are burning so bad.
