There's no such thing as a perfectly healthy body, in the sense that entrope is trying to rip everything apart and make it random. The ratio of how much you can affect your own health, iis actually a lot less than people think. People assume like, well, ii juice on dead lips and eat a bunch of steak, that's going to work out someore else. You can look at 70, 80 year old people, and there's people who done evrything perfectly and didn't really work out that grave for them. Just have without two one kitty, it could be essentially fine. And we have these redundant systems built in our bodies which are constantly dropping
