I like the idea of being more intentional about it. I think people who are in PKM are a little bit more obsessed about it than others. But over time you figure out what works for you and what doesn't. And you might not have the right words for it, but a lot of people are doing the same thing. As a software engineer I was a lot more naive and I thought that oh, I can do this job much better than the people that I've already met doing it. You don't know what's important or you don't know your style is yet so over time they get used to each other.
