If you keep experiencing the same effects of meditation, sooner or later it's going to become a habit. Mental rehearsal means your brain does not know the difference between thoughts that you are thinking when you're truly focused and experiences in your environment. Thoughts and feelings create the memorized self. The thought sends the signal out the feeling draws the event back. This is how you evolve to any new state of being. You go from thinking to doing to being. Yougo from knowledge to experience to wisdom. Wisdom is stored in soul.
