The Importance of Practice in Coaching

I'm going to put a lot of it down to luck. I didn't get so much out of the exercises because I got stuck in the wrong groups. The practical side of things feels like people are being more practical and getting on with stuff. We've come here three years in a row now, that says a lot by itself. Bruno does a really good job of organizing this year. And we talked about this access to the speakers: They're all sitting around talking to us all the time.
