Gian Kana was about to testify he just been subpoenaed as we talk about in the book. Johnny Ricelli had testified several times before the church committee and I think he knew that that was sealing his death warrant. Even if a carder didn't do it someone asked permission and he didn't say no yeahI want to know these are both made guys so even if a carders didn't doIt someone asked permission  and he didn't said noYeah, you don't see any evidence there was a CIA who wanted to kill these mobs now no it was in The Godfather: Part II is on HBO tonight at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
