How to Get Early Sun Exposure in the Spring

It is absolutely beneficial and irreplaceable to seek outdoors sunlight in the morning for circadian rhythm, regardless of cloudiness. It's desirable to get some modest unprotected sun exposure regularly during times where the UV index is meaningful but it is not so intense as to burn you given your quantity of exposure. Being indoors all day and then going to the beach for eight hours on a random day off in the summer is an utterly stupid way to get sun exposure.
