Harm reduction is the buzz phrase that is used now throughout drug policy. That could mean what are called drug checking kits. It's very important that they're very responsible in the way that they explain how this works. And then the University of the West of England, they probably sum it up best because they've done a video in which they explain to students what harm reduction means. The safest thing is not to take any drugs at all. If you're considering taking drugs, it comes with a risk. Start off with a small dose and wait at least an hour. Check your drugs.
