The DMV's Backwards Rule

Is it possible someone has all zeroes, all ones? Like, did they really start? That's how they started. When AOL started, could you make it 696? Could you know the DMV started making it that you can't make things that when read backwards are offensive? Because that's not just whoever we are. People starting putting like slurbs, like backwards. Terrible words backwards. Why does an ambulance like heads up? It's the most intellectual of the emergency. There's doctors in it. So they're like, one doctor was like, thank you for bringing the patient here. Shouldn't this be backwards? And then the guy that paints the ambulances
