Is There a Native Way to Zero Down Time Deployments?

Ono gentlemen over here, multiple tear by data bases plenty. My customers are in that spot as well. Have you given any thought to versions of the ma, so that we could get to zero down time deployments? There's a lot of things there. An oracle's doing that that doesn't really tell me.
