Casa is an adult psychiatrist, and i am one year out of my training. Just recently i closed on a largea real estate transaction that bumped my networth up to seven and a half million. All our networth has come from real estate investments. We've only lived off any cash flow from investing in real estate for the last nine years. So we didn't want to be those people that nt win the lottery and have a terrible life and are broke later than they were before.
