Exploring CICs and Neurodiversity

This chapter discusses the concept of Community Interest Companies (CIC) as entities that prioritize community benefits over profit, and delves into the challenges and importance of tailored support for individuals with neurodiverse conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. Personal experiences with ADHD and autism within the family are shared, emphasizing the need to address barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals in different aspects of life.
