The Importance of Discipline in Church

I think that the culture of the church over time had understood and held on to those principles. And when churchism would have to happen, the members wouldn't respond away. What we're aiming at is the biblical principle of people discipling each other. Building relationships. Is this way working good like this? If not, then what's not working about it? Do we need to change this? do we need to try something new?
