Can I Develop My iOS Application on Windows?

JetBrains CEO says Kotlin is like Xcode on steroids. You get basically the same refactorings and code navigation that you get with the intelligent platform, right? Yeah, exactly. And can you use it on its own or do you have to have it in combination with Xcode when you do development? No, no, no. Unfortunately, you must have an Xcode installed because Apple doesn't provide a tool chain. It's just bundled into Xcode and to have the tool chain, we need an Xcode.
