The Importance of Being a Faculty Member

When you were a doc student teaching was a very serious process but it was because you were given a syllabus and you needed to make sure that students were learning these things. I think what has shifted or the things that have surprised me now is even with that training I still don't know if I have all the answers every day. It's the uncertainty that I love almost like the chaos that we create and trying to figure out how to answer a problem or to find a solution well something's coming. That'd be great yeah of course. So the dreaming and building stage is where you are right now that yes definitely in the dream you definitely in the building have no idea yet but something's
