Act Like a Leader, Think Like a Leader
Leadership as coaching is a very different domain for me. It came out of two different things. I have now been looking at how organizations transform for the digital age. And in particular, how leaders can lead more effectively in the context of these changes. We're so much better than we actually are as coaches and there's no clue how to change that. But you can't change a mindset directly because they're the product of your past experience.
