Is Cooking From Scratch a Good Option for Weight Loss?
When we're cooking from scratch, we will tend to cook more nutritious, filling, fibre rich, high protine foodsor that's the idea. And we're also more in control of the ingredients that we're putting in. So there's less likelihood of us wanting to eat excess calories if we feel full. But ultimately, when it comes down to it, i think basing our diets on home cooked meals is something i would encourage.
