Is this a common thing with behavial science articles, where you do study and then immediately put your skin in the game and try to intervene? Or does that vary a lot in the field? Im just curious. I think it varies. You can certainly see papers that the authors would think of as behavial science paper,. But i think there's also lab research that can speak to policy problems even from having to do a field study.
